Yes...I think of Mom and Dad all the time but the holidays are just one more reminder! They loved Christmas, spending time with family, mom singing her heart out on all the Christmas carols, Dad playing Santa Claus so many years to us kids, our grandkids and then great grandkids. I miss both of them dearly and know they will always be here in my heart. Thaniks Chicky for the post.

What a great Mom & Dad we had. We were so fortunate to have parents that taught us such strong values but we still had so much fun. Remember all of the picnics in Grandma Dot's backyard, up on South Mountain, Encanto Park, church potlucks. We did everything as a family. The Sunday drives down Baseline Road looking at all the flowers, stopping to pick some cotton from a farmers field, Mary Coyles Ice Cream, Christmas parties at Goodyear Aerospace with Wallace & Ladmo giving us presents. I could go on and on. Okay, I will. The trips we took to Disney Land, The Grand Canyon, Old Faithful, Petified Forest, Old Mexico, Montezuma Castle, Old Tombstone, Ohio, California & everywhere in between. What fond memories and all because of our dear Mom & Dad who always put family first.

Love, Bob & Lindsay

I thought all my tears were gone but read your posts and tears of joy came. I do remember all the fun things we did as kids with Mom & Dad. Boy did that bring back such fond times. I remember we had to stay in the bathroom until they had everything set up before we could come in the living room to open presents. My memory is when we got our bike that us three girls shared and Bob got his. That was fun but also remember my left hand scraping a telephone pole and that was a hurt and a half. My mind keeps going to the forts we made with the tumbleweeds lol. Now days you only see them way out in the desert. Funny how years back all the things you would find to do in your yard and not cost a thing. Like mud pies and the tadpoles. Oh I could go on and on. We did have a fun time growing up. How about flipping over on Dads hands? Well, I tried but still fun. Thanks again you guys for getting through another date of their deaths. Miss them a lot...
